There has been robust engagement in the education sector between Kenya and India. This goes back to the early days of Independence. Over seventy thousands Kenyans have trained in Indian Universities and Institution.

Current Student Population
There are about 3,500 Kenyan students studying in fifty (50) Institutions throughout India. To enable the Mission have an accurate figure, all students are encouraged to register with the Mission electronically or by downloading the form and submitting the same as appropriate.

Admission Requirements
The minimum admission requirements to any of the Indian Universities for under graduate general degree course are: –
• Mean grade of “C”
• Five (5) C grade pass
